Thorough
General apartment cleaning
Thorough cleaning is intended for a more comprehensive preparation of the apartment, for example before the season starts, after a longer period of use, or before renting it out for the first time.
The price depends on the size of the apartment, the number of bathrooms, level of dirt and scope of work. Windows, oven, fridge, very dirty surfaces, post-renovation cleaning and other additional services are charged separately.

Process
You send basic details about the property and your wishes.
Based on size, location and the scope of services we prepare an offer.
We define the way of working, the scope of services and communication.
You have fewer everyday worries and the guest gets a tidy, pleasant arrival.
During cleaning we also carry out a basic check. If we notice damage, a missing item or another irregularity, we inform the owner and send a photo if needed.
Maintenance and repairs are not included in the basic service, unless specifically agreed.
